LEBLANC
Joyce LeBlanc (formerly Joyce Oldham) served as Office Manager for the U. L. Coleman Companies
from 1984 until 2005, where she was responsible for central office management including office
procedures, personnel policy, continuing education, employee benefits,
insurance, advertising and public relations. She served as an officer for U.
L. Coleman Company, Ltd., and U. L. Coleman Properties, Ltd. for 20 years,
and currently works with the company with special projects on a consulting basis.
Joyce has a Bachelor's degree from Northeast
Louisiana State University. Previous experience included fifteen years in public
secondary education in teaching of all business subjects and English.
Previous or current professional affiliations and designations include
membership in three honorary education and business fraternities, the
executive board for Northwest Louisiana Society for Human Resource
Management, National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and
Notary Public for Caddo-Bossier Parishes. She is a certified arbitrator with
the National Better Business Bureau. Joyce designed the
first web site for
U. L. Coleman Companies, which won a
national MACY marketing award from IREM® the National Institute of Real Estate
